portal.slizer.appThe topics below cover the steps most likely to help before you open a support request.
Use the “Forgot my password” link on the sign-in screen to send a reset link to your email address. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder.
Your workspace administrator can resend the invitation from the panel. Corporate mail servers sometimes quarantine invitations; if that happens, ask your IT team to allow our domain.
First check your device notification permissions, then your notification preferences inside the app. If the problem continues, write to us with your device model and operating system version.
You can reach plan changes, term extensions and your invoice details from account settings at portal.slizer.app. Slizer has no automatic payments; when your term ends you need to make a payment to continue.
Workspace administrators can invite members, change their roles and remove them from the workspace. A removed member’s account is not deleted; only their access to that workspace ends.
You can delete your account yourself from inside the app. The steps, what happens to your data afterwards, and the records kept for legal reasons are all explained in detail below.
You can delete your Slizer account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. It is free, it completes the moment you confirm, and it cannot be undone.
Your request to delete your account falls under the right to “request the deletion or destruction of personal data” in Article 11 of KVKK, Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. On your request, your data is deleted in line with Article 7 of KVKK and the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data. An in-app deletion path is also required by the App Store Review Guidelines (section 5.1.1-v), which is why the deletion flow is offered in full in the mobile app as well.
If you can sign in to your account you can complete the deletion yourself in two steps; no other approval or request is needed. The only exception is organization owners, who must delete the organization first.
In the Slizer app (iOS, Android or web), go to the Account Settings section.
The consequences of deletion are summarized on screen. The moment you confirm, your account is permanently deleted; there is no waiting period and the action cannot be undone.
The moment you confirm, your account is permanently deleted; there is no waiting period in which you can change your mind. If you want to export your workspace content before deleting, send your request to [email protected].
Slizer is a multi-user platform; what deleting your account means depends on your role in the workspace and the state of your subscription.
If you joined a workspace by invitation and you are not its owner, deleting your account does not end the workspace.
If you own an organization you cannot delete your account directly; the app first directs you to delete the organization.
Slizer has no automatic payments: you pay for your chosen term up front, and when it ends you extend it by signing in and paying again if you want to continue. That means there is no renewal to cancel before deleting.
If you cannot recover your password, your corporate email address has been closed, or you cannot reach your device, you can send your deletion request by email.
Your account is deleted immediately. Below is what happens to backups and to the records kept because the law requires it.
The moment you confirm deletion, your account and personal data are removed from the system; your open sessions end, notifications stop, and the remaining time on the term you paid for becomes unusable. There is no waiting period and no undo window.
Encrypted backup copies kept for disaster recovery disappear once the backup rotation completes. During that period, backups are accessed only for recovery purposes and with restricted permissions.
Documents that must be kept by law, such as invoice and payment records, continue to be held for the periods listed in the table below — only for the relevant legal purpose and with restricted access.
Your personal data is deleted once the reasons for processing it no longer apply. Some records, however, must be kept by law; even after your account is deleted, these are retained for the periods below — only for the relevant legal purpose and with restricted access. When the period expires, those records are deleted or anonymized too.
| Record type | Retention period | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Invoice, payment and order records | 10 years | Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, Art. 82 (10 years) · Tax Procedure Law No. 213, Art. 253 (5 years) |
| Contract and consent records | 10 years | Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098, Art. 146 — general limitation period · KVKK Art. 12 burden of proof |
| Traffic and access logs | 1 – 2 years | Law No. 5651, Art. 5 and its implementing regulation |
| Deletion / destruction process records | At least 3 years | Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data, Art. 7 |
| Support correspondence | 2 years from the closure of the request | Company retention policy — request history and dispute tracking |
Retention periods, with fuller explanations, also appear in our Privacy Policy.
Article 11 of KVKK (Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) grants you a set of rights, including the right to request that your personal data be deleted. You can exercise these rights free of charge through our support channels; under Article 13 of KVKK, applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
When we receive your application we first verify your identity, then log the request and notify you of the outcome in writing. If your request is accepted the necessary action is taken; if it is rejected, the reason is explained. If your application is rejected, you find our response inadequate, or you receive no answer in time, you can file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within 30 days of learning our response and in any case within 60 days of your application (KVKK Art. 14). If you are in the European Union, you can also exercise your right to erasure under GDPR Art. 17 through the same channels.
You can upgrade, downgrade, extend your term and view invoices from account settings at portal.slizer.app. Slizer has no automatic payments: you pay for your chosen term (monthly, 6-month or annual) up front, and no further charge is made to your card when it ends. If you want to keep using Slizer you sign in and pay to extend; if you do not, there is nothing to cancel — the term simply ends. Because Slizer is a digital service performed instantly, under Article 15/1-ğ of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 the right of withdrawal cannot be used for a term whose performance has begun; the details are set out in the Distance Sales Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form. If you believe a charge was made in error, write to us with the transaction date and amount and we will review and correct it.
If you have found a security vulnerability in Slizer, or witnessed the platform being abused (spam, harassment, copyright infringement, unauthorized access), report it to [email protected]. We review reports as a priority and, once confirmed, inform affected users and the relevant authorities where necessary. We ask that you give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before disclosing it publicly.
You can send support requests and data protection applications to the addresses below. Your contact as data controller is Proxan Yazılım.
In the Slizer app (iOS, Android or web), go to Account Settings and tap “Delete my account”; your account is permanently deleted the moment you confirm. If you own an organization you need to delete the organization first. If you cannot access the app, send the same request to [email protected]; your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
Your profile information, personal preferences and one-to-one conversations are permanently removed from production systems the moment you confirm deletion; no waiting period applies. Encrypted backup copies disappear with the backup rotation within 90 days at the latest. Documents that must be kept by law, such as invoice and payment records, continue to be held only for the relevant legal purpose and with restricted access.
No. Deletion completes the moment you confirm it and cannot be undone; there is no waiting or recovery period. Make sure you have exported anything you want to keep before deleting.
If you own an organization you cannot delete your account directly: the app shows a “you must delete your organization first” warning. When you delete the organization, every project, board, task, conversation, meeting record and file in that workspace is deleted too, and team members lose access. Because Slizer does not support transferring organization ownership to another member, you should not delete the organization if you want the team to keep working.
Because Slizer has no automatic payments, no new charge is made to your card after deletion and there is no renewal to cancel. However, the remaining time on the term you paid for becomes unusable and no refund is made for it: since Slizer is a service performed instantly in an electronic environment, under Article 15/1-ğ of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 the right of withdrawal cannot be used for a term whose performance has begun. For that reason it is best to time your deletion to the end of the term you paid for.
Yes. You can delete tasks, messages, files and meeting records individually from inside the app. If you want a specific group of data deleted, send your request under Article 11 of KVKK through our support channels.
No. Tasks, comments and shared files on team boards remain in the workspace; these fall under the workspace owner’s data responsibility and are needed for the team’s business continuity. Your name is replaced with “Deleted user” in those records. If you want your name removed from team content entirely, you need to send that request to the workspace owner.
Deletion carried out from inside the app completes immediately. Requests sent by email are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest under Article 13 of KVKK. If we ask for additional information to verify your identity, the period runs from the date that information reaches us.
Yes. You can register again with the same email address after deletion; the new account opens empty, though, and your previous workspace content does not come back.
