At Proxan Yazılım we take the security of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through the Slizer platform, the purposes and legal grounds on which we process it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights under KVKK, Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698.
This English text is provided for information only. These agreements are governed by Turkish law and the binding version is the Turkish one; in the event of any discrepancy between this translation and the Turkish text, the Turkish text prevails.
1. Data Controller
The data controller for personal data you provide through the Slizer platform is Proxan Yazılım. We operate from Türkiye and comply with our obligations under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Because Slizer is a team collaboration platform, the data we process consists of your account details and the content you produce in your workspace. We do not collect special categories of personal data unless it is strictly necessary.
Account and contact details: first and last name, email address, phone number, job title and company information.
Workspace content: the tasks you create, board and project records, team chat messages, comments and files you upload.
Meeting data: meeting records, participant lists and meeting summaries generated by AI.
Payment records: plan, term and invoice information. We never see or store your card details; payment processing is handled by PayTR.
WhatsApp integration data: when you enable the integration, the messages you send to create tasks and the associated phone number.
Technical and analytics data: IP address, session records, device/browser information and cookie data relating to site usage.
3. Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed in order to provide and maintain the Slizer service.
Setting up your workspace and providing task tracking, chat and meeting services
Subscription management, processing payments and invoicing
Providing customer support and contacting you about your requests
Running AI-powered summary, search and rewriting features
Ensuring service security and preventing abuse and fraud
Measuring and improving our services and developing new features
Fulfilling legal obligations
Marketing and informational communication, where you have given explicit consent
4. Legal Grounds for Processing
Your personal data is processed on the grounds that it is necessary for the performance of the contract concluded with you, that you have given explicit consent, that we must fulfil our legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interests provided that this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Retention Periods
Your data is retained while your account is active and for the periods below. For a step-by-step explanation of the account deletion process and the full list of records kept for legal reasons, see our Support Center at slizer.app/en/support.
Workspace content: retained while your account is open.
Account deletion: when you delete your account your data is deleted immediately and permanently. No waiting period applies, the account cannot be restored and the action cannot be undone.
Backups: encrypted backup copies kept for disaster recovery disappear once the backup rotation completes (within 90 days at the latest).
Invoice and payment records: kept for the retention periods required by tax legislation (10 years).
Technical security logs: retained for the period set out in the relevant legislation.
6. Data Recipients
Your data is shared only to the extent necessary to provide the service, and only with the parties below. We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

7. Workspace Data and Permissions
Slizer is a multi-user platform. When you are invited into a workspace, the content you produce there (tasks, messages, comments and files) can be seen by other authorized members of that workspace. Workspace administrators can set members’ access permissions. Slizer AI only produces answers based on content you are authorized to access; it will not surface information from a project you do not have access to.
8. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the rights set out below. To exercise them you can contact us at the address at the end of this page; applications are concluded within 30 days at the latest.
Learn whether your personal data is being processed and, if so, request information about it
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
Know the third parties to whom the data has been transferred
Request correction of data processed incompletely or incorrectly
Request deletion or destruction of the data
Request that correction, deletion and destruction be notified to third parties the data was transferred to
Object to a result reached against you through automated analysis of the processed data
Request compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of the data
9. Data Security
We apply technical and administrative measures to keep your data secure.

Role and permission-based access restrictions
Regular backups, stored in a separate environment
Security monitoring, logging and regular update processes
10. Cookies
Slizer uses cookies to keep your session open and to measure site usage. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the service to work and cannot be disabled; analytics cookies can be managed from your browser settings. If you block cookies in your browser, some parts of the platform may not work correctly.
11. International Data Transfers
Where your data needs to be transferred abroad, the necessary legal safeguards are put in place under Article 9 of KVKK, and the transfer takes place only to the extent required to provide the service.
12. Changes
Material changes to this policy are communicated to you by email or in-app notification. The current version is always published on this page, and the “Last updated” date at the top of the page shows the version in force.
