FAQ

Frequently asked questions about Slizer

Pricing and plans

What is Slizer?

Slizer is a work management platform that lets teams run their tasks, projects, meetings and internal communication from a single place. Creating tasks, assigning owners, setting due dates, sharing files and tracking progress all happen inside Slizer. Its Kanban-based structure lets teams see what is in progress, what is waiting and what is done at a glance. Slizer is built for teams looking for a task and project management solution in the same space as Trello, Jira and Azure DevOps.

Is Slizer free?

Yes. You can start using Slizer for free, without paying anything and without entering credit card details. The free plan is for people who want to explore the system, create their tasks, track work on Kanban boards and try out Slizer’s team management features. When you need more users, more storage or advanced capabilities, you can move to one of the paid plans.

What is included in the free plan?

Slizer’s free starter plan is designed so small teams and individuals can try a work tracking system on real tasks. On the free plan you can create a workspace for up to 3 users and use 2 GB of storage. Creating tasks, assigning work to teammates, using Kanban boards and tracking progress are all included at no cost. Upgrading to a paid plan is never mandatory.

How much does Slizer cost?

Slizer offers different plans based on team size and the features you need. The Core plan is 150 TRY per user per month, Team is 200 TRY and Business is 250 TRY. Paid plans start at a minimum of 5 users, so the entry price for Core is 750 TRY in total for 5 users. Team costs 1,000 TRY for 5 users and Business costs 1,250 TRY for 5 users. All prices include VAT.

What is the minimum team size for a paid plan?

Slizer’s paid plans start at a minimum of 5 users. The most affordable paid option, Core, is 150 TRY per user per month, which makes a 5-user Core plan 750 TRY per month in total. Teams that need broader capabilities can choose Team or Business. On the free plan you can try the system with up to 3 users without paying anything.

Can I switch between Slizer plans?

Yes. When your team grows or you need more advanced capabilities, you can upgrade your current plan. You can start on the free plan and later move to Core, Team or Business. That way you do not pay upfront for features you do not need yet. Choose your plan based on team size, storage needs and the features you actually want to use.

Do I need a credit card to use Slizer?

You do not need to enter credit card details to create a free Slizer account. You can open your account, set up your workspace, invite your teammates and start tracking your tasks. Payment details are only required when you decide to move to a paid plan. This lets you try Slizer with your team on your real work processes before making a purchase decision.

Work and task tracking

What is work tracking software?

Work tracking software lets a business follow its tasks, projects, responsibilities and deadlines digitally. With this kind of software you can easily see who is handling which piece of work, when it is due and what stage it is at. Online work tracking tools like Slizer stop teams from working across scattered spreadsheets, messaging apps and loose notes by bringing every work process into one central workspace.

What does task tracking software do?

Task tracking software helps you plan the work that needs doing, assign it to teammates and follow it through to completion. In Slizer every task can carry an owner, a priority level, a description, a due date, files and comments. Team members can see their own tasks while managers follow the current state of all work from a single screen. Using a task tracking system reduces forgotten work, communication gaps and missed deadlines.

What are the benefits of using project management software?

Project management software helps work progress more predictably, makes responsibilities explicit and strengthens coordination inside a team. Projects become easier to manage when they are broken down into tasks and sub-processes. With Slizer, the tasks, files, conversations and updates that belong to a project all live in one place. Managers can see which stage a project is at while team members see clearly what is expected of them, which cuts down on wasted time and scattered information.

Which teams is Slizer suitable for?

Slizer works for the work tracking needs of small, mid-size and large teams alike. Software teams, digital agencies, sales teams, operations departments, HR units, production teams, consultancies and remote teams all use it. It gives a central workspace to any business that works project by project, distributes tasks, or runs several pieces of work at once. The interface is designed so that team members without a technical background can pick it up quickly.

Is Slizer hard to use?

No. Slizer has a clean interface that teams new to work tracking software can adapt to easily. Once you create your workspace you can invite your teammates, open your projects and start planning your work. Moving tasks across a Kanban board with drag and drop makes the current state of work easy to read. There is no complex technical setup — the system is reachable from any device with an internet connection.

How do you create a task in Slizer?

You can create a new task from the relevant project or board. A task can carry a title, a description, an owner, a priority level and a due date. Documents, images and other files can be attached to the task card. Team members can comment on the task to share progress. As the work moves forward the card can be dragged between stages such as to do, in progress and done, so the whole history and current state of the work stays on one card.

Can tasks be assigned to team members?

Yes. Tasks created in Slizer can be assigned to one or more team members. Setting an owner makes it clear who is carrying the work and reduces confusion inside the team. The assigned user can follow notifications and updates related to the task. Managers can also see which team member is responsible for which tasks. This structure keeps work distribution tidy, especially in teams running many pieces of work at once.

Can tasks have due dates and priorities?

Yes. Every task in Slizer can carry a start or due date, and a priority level based on how important the work is. That separates urgent work from work that can wait. Due dates help team members build more accurate daily and weekly plans. Managers can see upcoming and overdue tasks and step in on time. This feature is designed to stop work being forgotten and delivery times stretching out unchecked.

What is a Kanban work tracking system?

Kanban is a work management method where tasks are split across process stages and tracked visually on a board. Tasks are usually shown in columns such as “To do”, “In progress” and “Done”. Slizer’s Kanban boards let teams quickly see which stage work is at and drag task cards to the next stage. A Kanban work tracking system makes it easier to spot bottlenecks and to see how work is distributed across the team.

What is the difference between task management and project management?

Task management focuses on tracking who will complete a specific piece of work and when. Project management covers running several tasks, team members, deadlines and goals together. Building a website, for example, is a project; producing the design or entering the content are tasks within it. Slizer lets you track both the individual tasks and the projects they belong to in one system.

Can Slizer help track overdue work?

Yes. Due dates on tasks make upcoming and overdue work easier to spot. Managers can see which stage work is at, which tasks are not finished and who owns them. Comments and activity history on the task card help explain why something is late, so you can reach out to the right person in time and rework the plan. Consistent task tracking helps reduce delivery problems on projects.

Communication, meetings and AI

Does Slizer send notifications?

Slizer notifies users about task assignments, comments, messages and important updates to tasks. When a user is assigned a new task, or something changes on work they follow, they hear about it. The notification system reduces the need to keep checking different project boards. That way important updates, new responsibilities and team messages are less likely to be missed.

Can teams communicate inside Slizer?

Yes. Slizer includes team chat so members can talk one to one or in groups. Conversations, comments and files related to work stay in the same workspace, which stops work discussions getting lost in separate messaging apps. Team members can mention specific people, give feedback on tasks and tie decisions back to the relevant work. This keeps communication and work tracking from drifting apart.

Can you hold online meetings in Slizer?

Audio, video and in-person meetings can be planned in Slizer and linked to the relevant project or tasks. Meeting date, participants and agenda are all organized inside the same workspace. Features like screen sharing let team members meet remotely. Linking a meeting to a specific project makes the decisions and action items easy to find later, so meeting management and work tracking stay in one system.

What does Slizer AI do?

Slizer AI offers AI-powered features that help teams understand and organize the information in their workspace faster. It can be used to summarize long meetings or team conversations, make messy task notes clearer, and find information from past discussions. The aim is to get team members to key decisions and action items quickly instead of reading through long content piece by piece, which makes work tracking and post-meeting task creation easier.

What does the Slizer WhatsApp integration do?

The Slizer WhatsApp integration lets you carry out some work tracking actions over WhatsApp. Users can create tasks, ask for their daily task list or get an update on the state of work without opening the app. This is particularly helpful for teams working in the field or spending most of their day on a phone. Sending WhatsApp-created tasks into the central workspace aims to stop work being forgotten in message threads.

Security, access and storage

Can you share files and documents in Slizer?

Yes. Images, documents and other files needed for a task or project can be added to the Slizer workspace. Keeping files on the relevant task card makes it easier for team members to reach the latest version, and stops files scattering across email, messaging apps and personal devices. Having task descriptions, comments and related files in one place makes it easier to understand the history of a piece of work and hand it over.

Does Slizer have user roles and permissions?

Access for users in a Slizer workspace can be managed according to their role and responsibilities. Administrators can decide which areas team members can reach and which actions they can perform. Roles and permissions matter especially when different departments, clients or external teams work in the same system, so users only reach the projects and information they need. Permission management helps share company information in a more controlled way.

Is Slizer secure and KVKK compliant?

Slizer applies security measures to protect user and workspace data, and aims to run its data processing in line with the requirements of KVKK, Türkiye’s personal data protection law. The system uses secure connections, access authorization, data backups and security controls, and users can only reach content they are authorized to see. For more detail on data processing, retention and account closure, see the Slizer Privacy Policy.

Can Slizer be used on mobile devices?

Yes. Because Slizer is web-based, it works on phones, tablets and computers with an internet connection. Its mobile-friendly layout lets team members check tasks, view the state of work and make updates while out of the office. The WhatsApp integration also makes it easier to create tasks and check daily work from a phone. These features help remote and field teams keep work tracking going.

Is Slizer suitable for remote teams?

Yes. Slizer helps remote and hybrid teams manage tasks, projects, meetings and communication through one central platform. Team members in different locations can see the tasks assigned to them, share files, comment and join meetings. Managers can follow what each person is working on and which stage projects are at, reducing the communication gaps and lack of visibility that remote work can create.

Is Slizer an alternative to Jira, Trello and Azure DevOps?

With its task tracking, Kanban boards, project management and collaboration features, Slizer can be considered alongside tools like Jira, Trello and Azure DevOps. Each platform has a different purpose and technical scope, though. Jira and Azure DevOps lean toward complex software development processes, while Trello offers more basic Kanban use. Slizer focuses on combining team chat, meeting management, WhatsApp integration and AI features in a single workspace.

How do I reach Slizer support?

You can use Slizer’s contact channels for help with using the product, setting up an account, choosing a plan or technical questions. You can take your issue or question directly to the support team. For enterprise plans, pricing that fits your team size, custom integration requests and workspace setup, you can also get in touch with the sales and support team. Current contact options are listed in the contact and support areas of slizer.app.

Can Slizer be used as file storage?

Yes. Beyond task and project management, Slizer can be used to keep your business files in a central workspace. Documents, images, videos, presentations, contracts and project files can be uploaded and made available to your team. Storing files alongside the related project or task makes the documents you need faster to reach, and stops company files scattering across devices, inboxes and messaging apps.

Can I buy extra storage from Slizer?

Yes. If the storage included in your plan is not enough, you can buy additional storage to match what your business needs. Extra storage lets you keep more documents, images, videos and project files in your Slizer workspace in a secure, organized way. For details on capacity and current pricing, get in touch with the Slizer sales or support team.
