How projects, boards and tasks relate
The structure in Slizer has three layers: the organization at the top, projects and boards beneath it, and individual tasks at the bottom. For an agency, the organization might be “the agency itself”, the projects its “clients”, and the boards workflows such as “campaign” or “website refresh”. This hierarchy lets you hold both the big picture and the daily detail in one system.
- Organization: the company or department
- Project: a client, product or line of business
- Board: the Kanban view of a single workflow
- Task: an individual piece of work with an owner
